Order Processing

All orders are processed immediately payment is confirmed. We work 24/7 to ensure customer satisfaction and no delay with delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

• Express Shipping within USA (1-2 Business Days): Enjoy free express shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $20 applies.
• Standard Shipping within USA (3-4 Business Days): Choose our standard shipping option for a flat rate of $10 to all locations.
• Standard Shipping WORLD-WIDE (5-7 Business Days): Europe, Asia, South America, Australia and the rest of the world. Choose our standard WORLD-WIDE shipping option starting from $30 to all locations

Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote locations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Restrictions & Requirements

• P.O. Boxes: We are currently able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes and valid residential or business addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We will either reship the order at no extra cost to you or refund you the full amount paid for the products.
